Student Photographers Shine with New Camera Library

The Annual Fund recently purchased equipment to add a new camera library to the Secondary Library, providing students with the opportunity to explore their photographic talents. Teachers can now check out cameras for their classes, allowing students to use professional-grade equipment for a variety of projects.

The first group to take advantage of this exciting new resource were Middle School students. These budding photographers served as the sole photographers for the recent Elementary and High School theater performances. Their work showcased their creativity and technical skills, capturing the essence of each production.

This innovative initiative not only enhances student learning but also fosters a love for photography and visual storytelling. As the camera library continues to grow, it promises to inspire countless more student-created masterpieces.

Check out some of our favorite moments they’ve captured so far!
