One-Time Fees for New Students

The non-refundable Application Fee must be paid to initiate the processing of completed admissions applications. This fee also covers the administration of admissions testing/screening and application review, leading to an admissions decision. This fee is valid for two years.

The non-refundable Reservation Fee is a deposit that must be paid within 10 days of the enrollment offer to secure the student’s place at AIS Vienna. Without timely payment, the family may forfeit the student’s enrollment at AIS Vienna.
*This fee is credited to the total annual tuition fee amount.

The one-time Enrollment Fee must be paid to complete AIS Vienna enrollment for all new students entering Kindergarten - Grade 12 (excluding Pre-Kindergarten) and all re-enrolling students entering Kindergarten. This fee is invoiced with the initial tuition payment.

The one-time Capital Assessment Fee for New Students must be paid for all new students entering Kindergarten - Grade 12 (excluding Pre-Kindergarten) and all re-enrolling students entering Kindergarten. Capital Assessment Fees help pay for buildings and other long-term projects. This fee is invoiced with the initial tuition payment.
Annual Fees for Re-Enrolling Students

The Reservation Fee is a deposit that must be paid by March 1 to reserve a re-enrolling student’s place for the following year. This payment is refundable until April 1. Re-enrollment after April 1 is subject to space availability, is not guaranteed, and is not refundable.

The Capital Assessment Fee must be paid for all re-enrolling students entering Grades 1-12 and is payable for each subsequent year of enrollment at AIS Vienna. Capital Assessment Fees help pay for buildings and other long-term projects. This fee is invoiced with the initial tuition payment and is non-refundable after June 14.
