MS Students Discover Nuclear Technology

Today our Grade 7 and Grade 8 students had the opportunity to hear from a very special guest, Mr. Omar Medina, an AIS Vienna parent who works for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

He presented the benefits and drawbacks of nuclear technology, helping students connect to real-world challenges and solutions. From the promise of clean energy to the complexities of safety and waste, students explored this important global issue with curiosity and insight.

A huge thank you to Mr. Medina for sharing his time and expertise and for sparking such thoughtful conversations in our classrooms.
