AISV Choir Performs Handel's Messiah

Thank you to all of our AIS Vienna community members who joined us for an extra special concert on Sunday, December 8. Congratulations to all of our AISV community performers on a beautiful performance of Handel’s Messiah. Our HS students showcased the learning that has taken place so far this school year, and were joined by current and retired faculty and staff, current parents, alumni, and alumni parents.

We were able to hold the community performance on campus, with extraordinary lighting, and sound equipment, thanks to support from the Annual Fund.

Following the performance, we were thrilled to invite our guests to a special reception celebrating Mrs. Kathy Heedles’ retirement. After 38 years of service, Mrs. Heedles will be joining the AIS Vienna retiree community at the end of this school year. Throughout her tenure at AIS Vienna, Mrs. Heedles has impacted the lives of countless AIS Vienna students and alumni and we were grateful for the opportunity to celebrate her legacy. This event was reflective of the inclusiveness that Mrs. Heedles has shown during her time at AIS Vienna, cultivating a community that celebrates the performing arts.
