HR Job-Alike Vienna 2024

Our AISV HR team was thrilled to host the HR Job-Alike 2024 in Vienna from March 21-23. We welcomed 36 HR professionals from 26 international schools across Europe to our campus.

The theme for our HR JAL 2024 was Be a School of Choice, and we delved into inspiring sessions led by our keynote speakers. Ali Mahlodji shared valuable insights on ‘diversity and inclusion’, Lauren Mehrbach, our MS Principal, shared her ‘top 10 recruiting tips’, and Thomas Müller demonstrated how profiling can be useful for identifying suitable candidates in hiring processes and how specific techniques in the field of criminal psychology can be leveraged to foster appreciative communication in the workplace and enhance employee retention. The event wrapped up with engaging discussions in our "World Café'' workshop, covering topics such as the impact of artificial intelligence on recruitment and employee retention strategies.
